Privacy Notice

This notice is maintained by 7 Knots Digital Inc. and explains how data is handled in 7 Knots Navigator, our private client campaign dashboard. It supplements our company privacy policy. It is a description of our current practices, not an independent certification.

Who this covers

Navigator is not a consumer product. Accounts are issued only to staff at client organizations that 7 Knots delivers campaigns for, and to 7 Knots personnel.

Data we process

Account data — name, work email, job title, profile photo, workspace assignment, and role.
Campaign data — programme names, volumes, pricing, dates, delivery pacing, and status.
Lead records — business contact details delivered as part of contracted campaigns.
Uploads — files you submit, such as event attendee lists or suppression lists.
Billing data — invoice and payment status retrieved from our accounting system for your organization only.
Operational logs — sign-in events and errors used to keep the Service secure and working.

How we use it

To authenticate users, show your campaigns and their pacing, deliver and export leads, produce quotes and forecasts, submit requests into our delivery workflow, display invoices and payment status, and support and secure the Service. We do not sell personal data and we do not use client data to train third-party AI models.

Access controls

Each account is scoped to a single client workspace, and campaign, lead, intent, and invoice queries are filtered to that workspace on the server. Billing visibility is granted per user. Lead exports can be additionally gated by a download password set by your administrator. Data is encrypted in transit over HTTPS and at rest by our hosting and database providers.

Service providers

We use vetted subprocessors to run Navigator, including cloud hosting and managed database/authentication, project delivery tracking, lead delivery, B2B intent data, and accounting/invoicing. They process data on our instructions under contract. A current list is available on request.

Retention

Account and campaign records are retained for the duration of the engagement and a reasonable period afterwards for reporting, audit, and legal purposes. Uploaded files and lead records are retained per the terms of the relevant campaign. We delete or anonymise data when it is no longer needed.

Your requests

To access, correct, export, or delete data, or to remove a user, contact notifications@7knotsdigital.com. We respond to verified requests within the timeframes required by applicable law.

Cookies

Navigator uses only the storage needed to keep you signed in and remember workspace preferences. It does not run advertising trackers.
