Delegate Rewards Program Agreement

1. About this agreement

This Rewards Program Agreement governs your membership in Delegate Rewards (the "Program"), operated by 7 Knots Digital Inc on behalf of the participating publisher network. By joining the Program, claiming an event, or redeeming points you accept this agreement, together with our Terms of Use and Privacy Notice. We may update it; material changes will be posted here and notified by email at least 30 days before they take effect.

2. Eligibility

Membership is open to business professionals aged 18 or over who register with a valid corporate email address. One account per person. Accounts may not be shared, sold or transferred. Government employees, and employees of participating publishers or their agencies, should confirm their own organisation's gift and incentive policy before earning or redeeming; where a policy prohibits acceptance, you must not redeem.

3. Earning points

Points are awarded for verified engagement with events across the publisher network, at the rates published on the Delegate Rewards site. Point values are indicative and may change at any time.

• Points post only after the hosting publisher confirms your attendance. Confirmation typically takes 5–10 business days.
• Points shown as "pending" are not available for redemption and may be reversed if attendance cannot be verified.
• Retroactive claims are accepted for events attended in the previous six months, subject to verification.
• Registering for an event you do not attend earns no points. Partial attendance may earn reduced points at the publisher's discretion.
• Profile-completion and referral bonuses are one-time awards and may be withdrawn if the underlying data is inaccurate.

4. Your points balance

Points have no cash value, are not property, and confer no vested right. They cannot be purchased, sold, bartered, willed or transferred to another member. Points are not earned income and any tax arising from a redemption is your responsibility. We may correct balances at any time where points were awarded in error, duplicated, or obtained in breach of this agreement.

5. Tiers

Delegate, Alumni and VIP tiers are assessed on verified points earned in a rolling 12-month period. Tier status is reviewed monthly; a tier may be lost if qualifying activity falls below the published threshold. Tier benefits are discretionary and may be varied or withdrawn.

6. Redemption

Points may be redeemed for the rewards shown in your account, subject to availability and to the terms of the fulfilling partner.

• Redemptions are final and cannot be cancelled, reversed or refunded once submitted.
• Point pricing is set at the moment of redemption and may change without notice.
• Gift redemptions are fulfilled by our gifting partner and delivered to the email address on your account; you are responsible for keeping that address current.
• Loyalty transfers to airline and hotel partners are one-way, irreversible, subject to minimums, and governed by the receiving programme's own terms. The receiving account name must match your Delegate Rewards account name.
• If a redemption fails at the fulfilment stage, the points are returned to your balance.

7. Expiry and inactivity

Points expire 24 months after they are earned. An account with no qualifying activity for 18 consecutive months is treated as dormant, and the balance may be forfeited after written notice to your registered email address. Closing your account forfeits any unredeemed balance immediately.

8. Data and how the Program works

The Program operates on verified first-party data. When you claim or attend an event, participating publishers and event sponsors receive your registration details in line with our Privacy Notice and the publisher's own privacy policy. Membership in the Program is not a substitute for, and does not override, the consent you give at the point of event registration. You can request access, correction or deletion of your data at any time.

9. Fraud, misuse and suspension

We may suspend or close an account, withhold or void points, and cancel pending redemptions where we reasonably believe there has been false attendance claiming, use of multiple or fabricated accounts, misrepresentation of employer or role, automated or bulk registration, self-referral, or any other abuse of the Program. Where warranted we will notify the affected publisher.

10. Changes, termination and liability

We may modify or terminate the Program in whole or in part at any time. If the Program ends, members will receive at least 60 days' notice and a redemption window for available balances. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Program is provided "as is" and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for the acts or omissions of fulfilment partners, or for any tax consequence of a redemption.
