Terms of Use & End-User License Agreement

These terms govern access to 7 Knots Navigator (the “Service”), a private campaign reporting dashboard operated by 7 Knots Digital Inc. (“7 Knots”, “we”). This page is maintained by 7 Knots Digital. By signing in you agree to the terms below.

1. License grant

We grant your organization a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access the Service through named user accounts we issue, solely to review and manage the campaigns 7 Knots delivers for your organization. No right to resell, sublicense, white-label, or provide the Service to third parties is granted.

2. Accounts and access

Accounts are issued to individuals and must not be shared. You are responsible for keeping credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Each account is scoped to a single client workspace and can only see data for that workspace. Notify us promptly at notifications@7knotsdigital.com if you believe an account has been compromised or a user should be removed.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to attempt to access data belonging to another workspace, probe or circumvent access controls, scrape or bulk-extract data outside the provided export features, upload unlawful content, or use the Service to violate applicable data protection, marketing, or anti-spam laws.

4. Your data and lead records

Campaign records, lead data, and files you upload remain your organization's property. We process them to operate the Service and deliver contracted campaigns. Exported lead data must be used in line with the consent under which it was collected and with applicable privacy law.

5. Third-party services

The Service integrates with third-party platforms to function, including project delivery tracking, lead delivery, intent data, and accounting/invoicing systems. Where you connect or authorize such a platform, that provider's own terms also apply to the data exchanged.

6. Availability and changes

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, and we may update these terms. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

7. Confidentiality

Pricing, forecasts, benchmarks, and non-public performance data shown in the Service are confidential to the relationship between your organization and 7 Knots and should not be disclosed externally without our written consent.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 7 Knots is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the Service. Nothing here limits obligations agreed in a signed master services agreement or insertion order, which prevails over this page in the event of conflict.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are breached or when the underlying engagement ends. You may request account removal at any time.
